Terms of Service

By accessing or using No Skip Albums at noskipalbums.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

No Skip Albums (a division of Gen Locker LLC) publishes a curated, ranked list of albums and allows paid subscribers to vote on rankings and submit album nominations for review. Browsing the list is free; voting and submissions require an active subscription unless otherwise noted on the Site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

Subscriber features are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (currently $2 per year, subject to change with notice). By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel billing through the account portal provided by Stripe. Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law.

If you use subscriber features, you agree that:

• Votes and nominations are subject to our rules (including monthly vote limits) and may be moderated or rejected
• We may adjust rankings, including overriding community votes, to maintain the integrity of the list
• Album submissions do not guarantee inclusion; all submissions are subject to review and approval
• You will not attempt to manipulate rankings through bots, multiple accounts, or other abusive behavior

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Scrape, crawl, or overload the Site without permission
• Interfere with security or access controls
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead other users or operators of the Site

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Site or other users.

The Site, its design, branding, and original content are owned by No Skip Albums or its licensors. Album titles, artist names, and artwork belong to their respective rights holders and are referenced for informational purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as nomination notes), but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO SKIP ALBUMS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Skip Albums and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
